I bought an mPulse sauna from Sunlighten which is one of the full spectrum ones. So far I really love it...just got it and I'm in that thing every day! :)
When I first started looking I was going to go with a traditional sauna with the rocks and everything like I have at my gym. But I started reading about the infrareds and how they're not as hot. I like to sweat but after a while I feel a bit uncomfortable when it's too hot.
The infrared sauna is not nearly as hot but still hot enough to give you that sauna experience. I have the basswood one which fits nicely in my basement and matches my decor.
Anyway, I love my Sunlighten sauna so far and will come back and update this after I've used it for a while. But so far so good!

My contact at Almost Heaven (Daniel) was very helpful answering questions and asking specifics about my situation. He steered me
toward a sauna that really fits my needs and away from a more expensive unit that I had been considering. I expect to receive my new sauna early in April and will return to comment on the actual product.

Hello Sauna Talk,
I was deciding between Sunlighten and Clearlight and I decided to go with Clearlight at the end although it was a tough choice.
I needed something to fit in a corner of my basement and also wanted the full spectrum instead of just far infrared. I picked the basswood since it matches my decor a little bit better than the darker cedar.
So far it's been awesome and we can actually fit all 5 of us in there even though it's a 4 person unit. We use it pretty much every day or every other day and we feel energized when we get out. I like the fact that I can program it to turn on in advance so we can just get right in when we're ready.
For anyone looking for an infrared sauna I definitely recommend this one. It looks and feels just like something you'd find in your health club, except you don't have to share it with strangers! :)
Fondly,
Jamie C.

I purchased the Influence Hybrid Full Spectrum Sauna. The left panel came badly damaged, but a large hole, broad scratch and several other small punctures that occurred during shipping. I've spent 9 months trying to get it resolved. Influence Sauna has refused to repair or replace the damage, even though each step was followed, including a full damage report submitted by the delivery driver. I was instructed to continue setting it up and it would be taken care of. Do not recommend Influence Sauna.
